Last Thursday, members of the Wilson & Roe team put on our running gear and took part in the Run Media City 5K to raise money for charity.   We joined hundreds of runners at Salford’s Media City to pound the pavement on a route that took in the highlights of the area, including the BBC Studios, Lowry Theatre, and Imperial War Museum.   It was great fun and all for a good cause as proceeds from the event went towards Breast Cancer Now and other chosen charities.   Well done everyone!   #WilsonandRoe #TeamWR #RunMediaCity

Last Friday, the Wilson & Roe team enjoyed a day out with clients at Chester Racecourse for the first day of the Autumn Racing Food & Drink Weekend.   Superstition tells us to expect bad luck on Friday 13th but Kerry Davies must have brought a lucky charm as she was our big winner of the day.   We had a fantastic time with even better company. Last Thursday, Wilson & Roe’s Nathan J. and Leah Jones joined more than 100 attendees for the Birmingham Law Society Alternative Dinner which took place at Villa Park, the home of Aston Villa FC.   The Alternative Dinner was created for junior lawyers and legal professionals who may not yet have had the chance to attend a BLS dinner.   Last Saturday, members of the Wilson & Roe team headed to Catton Hall Activity Centre in Frodsham, Cheshire, for a fantastic day of outdoor activities and team building.   We tried our hands at air rifle and clay pigeon shooting, channelled our inner Robin Hood with an archery session, and enjoyed an exhilarating quad biking trek.   Well done to Lauren Greaves and Courtney Porter who picked up prizes for air rifle shooting and to Conor Bolton-Phillips who hit the bullseye with his impressive archery skills.   Thanks to everyone for a great day out!   #WilsonandRoe #TeamWR #TeamBuilding
