We led the architectural design and construction of a 5-bedroom, 6,225 sq ft townhouse in Notting Hill, collaborating with interior designers Fenton Whelan . After securing planning permission from Kensington and Chelsea Council, we added a subterranean extension, reconstructed the rear with façade retention, and replaced the roof with a crown mansard. The property includes a large garden, terraces, a pool, gym, steam room, sauna, and entertainment space.
