Our Pinnacle Complete Office Solutions 2024 Charity Ball in aid of Woody's Lodge is fast approaching. This year our event is being held at the fantastic HMS Cambria on 25th October. We are in great need of donations for both our Auction and Raffle with these raising significant funds for this incredible Veteran's Charity. With funding becoming harder to come by for charities like Woody's they rely on donations and monies raised at events like this. *** Screwball Rally *** starts today!!! Wish our brave travellers Phil (former #RoyalMarine) and Gareth a safe journey as they join the FAMOUS #screwballrally for the next 5 days, in aid of Woody's Lodge. Every penny they raise will go directly to helping more Veterans who are struggling with the cost of living, or who need social engagement through our much needed social hubs in Wales. The rally will take them through 1450 miles across 7 countries, France, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium. They have converted a Citroen Plurial to look like a military WMIK. Which in Phil's humble opinion is hoofin because 1. it works 2 it's cheap 3. It works 4 it can carry 4 heavily armed lizards, 5 it works 6. It's French so will surrender at the first signs of conflict 7. It's got leather seats so even an Occifer would sit in it. As we prepare to open Woody’s Lodge’s very first Charity Shop in #Wrexham town centre, we need your help to make it a success! Day 1 of the Wood’s Lodge annual fundraiser cycle ride today. Hereford to Bromsgrove!!!! We stopped at Hereford Cathedral for a small remembrance service for the #sas Big thanks for The Fox Inn at Bransford Bridge for being so welcoming.

!!!Our 3rd annual charity cycle ride is almost upon us folks!!! This weekend we are commemorating the 42nd anniversary of the end of the Falklands Conflict by cycling from Hereford to National Memorial Arboretum – Friday 14th to Sunday 16th. Riding with us are 3 Falklands Veterans, including our deputy chair Clive Hamilton (RFA) and our CEO Graham Jones (RM) who were both only aged 17 when they were deployed to the Falklands to defend our shores. We will meet up with some of our regular Veterans there and conduct a short #memorial service. Woody’s Lodge prides itself in not only helping Veterans, but their families too, and we have extended our services to emergency service personnel who work so hard for us on a daily basis. An event like this would not be possible without the support of our generous sponsors.
