Humanising the Future of Work

About us

We care about the People that work for business as we believe that’s where the real competitive advantage lies and, let’s face it, where the magic happens. So obviously, we care about the People who look after others in those businesses, the CHRO’s, Chief People Officers, People & Culture Directors and HR Directors. With a unique combination of TED quality speakers and thought-leading HR practitioners the event uses a mix of learning formats; Boardroom Briefings with active discussions, Case studies with debate, Workshop's involving exercises and meetings with relevant, recommended partners. We want to both inspire you to take a fresh look at your people strategy and give you the practical tools, techniques and case-studies to help you create change in your organisation.      Looking at the challenges facing the HR, People & Culture profession, productivity is coming up time and time again. Frankly, this is not a surprise, with economic uncertainty, rapidly advancing technology, and skills and labour shortages. Leading companies around the world are urgently re-thinking the way they work, and how to apply technology to achieve the productivity that fuels growth and competitive advantage. This is reflected in the recent IBM Institute for Business Value global CEO Study, where 48% of CEOs surveyed, cited productivity as the top priority for their organization. With this in mind, we are delighted to have Dr Chris Shambrook facilitating: “Reframing the Productivity Challenge - Making Performance a force for good.” https://lnkd.in/eWtUDGbn

Leadership and management development are always high on the list of priorities our HRD clients highlight. Building the capability of leaders and managers throughout the business is a critical matter and with the recent Gallup Report, highlighting the low levels of engagement in UK businesses currently, we are sure it is something that many of you will be grappling with. Often the focus is solely on the managers or leaders and not the whole team. However, if a team is functioning at its optimum, it creates a high-performance environment, delivering a highly engaged and productive workforce. To that end, our long-term client, Meta Team Ltd, are offering the opportunity for a limited amount of you to pilot their world class team diagnostic. Register now: https://lnkd.in/eAN-wSvu
