work.place.create. are excited to present some snaps from a recently completed project in Paddington! 50 Eastbourne Terrace is a mixed-use complex, with a restaurant and café space on ground floor level, office space above and residential terraces to the rear. Working closely with the landlord, the aim was to convert an office level to a CAT A+ space that felt a bit different to others in the market, with a softer more hospitality look and feel.
