It’s a very busy couple of weeks for our live production, environments & exhibitions, and meetings & events teams. Over the Bank Holiday weekend, we were working with HSBC at Birmingham Pride (UK) Ltd as thousands of people gathered to celebrate. As well as giving a rainbow makeover to HSBC’s offices and their parade bus, we also produced the ‘Prideoscope’ at the festival, so that people could take their own colourful pictures and remember the ‘Pride we share.’ Even the iconic HSBC Lions got a Pride glow-up… We hope everyone had a great weekend! #pride #hsbc 🌈

We’re inviting 260,000 visitors to step inside the HENKAKUVERSE at drupa – no. 1 for printing technologies, the world’s leading trade fair for the printing industry. Featuring an immersive theatre, live manga artist, and paper sculpture - this is the launch of a 4 year campaign for Ricoh Europe Graphic Communications. It's a truly collaborative approach with experiential strategy, concept, stand design, production, graphic design, 3D animation, film, content strategy and delivery. Enviro Plan is our sustainable approach to the design and build of exhibition booths. It's great to see this approach, that we use with our clients, being utilized to create our very own Inizio stand at the upcoming 2024 ASCO® Annual Meeting. #ASCO24
In a week’s time we’ll be at the 2024 ASCO® Annual Meeting (lots of our team are in Chicago already!). As well as supporting multiple clients, we’re also incredibly excited to be applying the finishing touches to the Inizio booth. It’ll be the first time Inizio has an exhibition presence, and as part of our Group commitment to sustainability, we’ve naturally applied our Enviro Plan approach to create a more sustainable exhibit. The key material is an innovative, recycled, and re-pulpable cardboard – it’s rigid, lightweight, and durable to construct, all of which makes it easier to produce and reuse, therefore reducing the amount of carbon generated by construction and travel. The countdown is on at the Circuit Paul Armagnac in France, as our team gear up for the arrival of more than 1000 students taking part in the Shell Eco-marathon 2024. Our live production, health and safety, and logistics teams have been hard at work getting all the infrastructure in place, including a 140 metre tent for the student garages. Along with the small matter of a campsite for everyone taking part! The Shell Eco-marathon brings together thousands of students across the globe to design, build and race energy efficient vehicles. Good luck to everyone taking part!

The work of our Health & Safety team is crucial to the success of every experience we create. We're delighted to have won two awards from The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). 🌟 We were the sole winners of the Entertainment & Media Sector Award, which demonstrates a 'dedication to high safety standards, the wellbeing of individuals and signifies a commitment to excellence.' 🌟 We have achieved Gold for Leisure Safety, which recognises exceptional health and safety performance when welcoming guests or visitors. This is only awarded after five consecutive Gold wins in the Industry sector. We're looking forward to celebrating at the awards ceremony in May! #rospawinner2024
