We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Baker to join our culinary team at a top-end luxury 5-star hotel, renowned as the face of luxury in London. This prestigious establishment is part of an international portfolio featuring some of the world's finest dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest standards of quality.

- Develop and create new recipes, incorporating seasonal and innovative ingredients.

- Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety in the bakery, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including inventory management and ordering supplies.

- Train and supervise junior bakers and pastry assistants, fostering a professional and collaborative environment.

- Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless integration of bakery items into the overall menu.

Requirements:

- College degree in Baking and Pastry Arts or equivalent from an accredited culinary school.

- Completed comprehensive baking apprenticeship and training courses.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end bakery establishments, with at least 2 years in a luxury 5-star hotel.

- Proven expertise in baking, recipe development, and kitchen operations.

- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
