IT Support Analyst - Panavision London

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate IT Support Analyst to join our Panavision Help Desk team!

Based in our Greenford and Hayes offices, you’ll provide essential technical support to our EMEA employees and customers.

The successful candidate willbe the first point of contact for our users, troubleshooting issues and delivering exceptional customer service. With a strong foundation in Windows, Apple, and Microsoft Office, you’ll quickly resolve technical problems and ensure seamless operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver efficient and timely first and second-line IT support to EMEA employees and customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computers, laptops, software, peripherals, and network connectivity
• Monitor and respond to Help Desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution
• Provide support for VoIP telephony, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT services
  
  

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in IT support, ideally within a Help Desk environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong technical expertise in Windows, Apple, and Microsoft Office
• Hands-on experience with setting up and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Understanding of network infrastructure and security technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient solutions
