THE ROLE


We’re looking to hire a talented and enthusiatic PPC Executive into our growing Performance Marketing team. We’re open to the level of experience for this hire as we’re in housing activity that has previously sat with our agency partners. There’s huge scope in this role for the right person, as you’ll be joining at the beginning of the team build, so will have the opportunity to help shape the team around you and potentially progress into more senior roles as your experience develops within the business.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing successful PPC campaigns, optimising performance, and driving results to KPIs. They will be responsible for the following aspects of our paid search campaigns: keyword research, campaign setup, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of all Paid Media elements, including campaign planning and implementation.
  • Complete performance reports to a high standard, offering context and insight.
  • Carry out daily budget checks to ensure spend phasing & performance falls in line with the agreed strategy, reacting to current trends and implement changes where necessary in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Regularly refine and expand keyword targeting and lists to maximise campaign effectiveness whilst utilising CRM audiences.
  • Collate data, examine and generate reports to carry out performance analysis to proactively ensure best possible results & identify opportunities.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and creatives for specific target audiences ensuring it is in line with the brand tone of voice whilst also best in class for the marketing channel
  • Learn about all relevant tools & technology and become a competent user.
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitor and similar brands activity as well as staying on top of industry trends

  • Develop relationships with key paid partners to nurture performance growth (Google, Microsoft, YouTube etc.)
  • Where possible work closely with other digital and non-digital channels to identify channel integration opportunities.


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE


  • Proficient in using Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant advertising platforms with regards to campaign setup through to optimisations and ongoing management of activity.
  • Literate in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office365, Google Docs.
  • Effective communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights as well as proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy.
  • A high attention to detail.
