You’ll act as a vital link between clients and candidates, specifically supplying W&C/Surgery doctors to NHS trusts. This role is fast-paced, target-driven, and rewarding, with a warm desk ready for you to hit the ground running.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for NHS and Private Healthcare placements.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure prompt bookings.
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring quality experiences for both candidates and clients.
- Manage your own pool of locums, maintaining regular communication and up-to-date knowledge.
