On stage for our closing plenary, the discussion turns to the importance of collaboration and multi-company partnerships within the food industry. Timothy Wallace, Head, Scouting & Assessment, Ventures & External Innovation at Novonesis, highlights that "the pace of innovation is accelerating, and we wouldn't be able to do it on our own. We have to look outside our internal capabilities to keep up with the pace whilst helping start-ups scale and come to market."
