The Motorola Razr+ 2023 will offer a larger cover display than the Galaxy Z Flip 5. How do we know that? Well, the Lenovo Group General Manager for Mobile Phone Business Division, Chen Jin, revealed the cover screen size of Motorola’s upcoming foldable.

Chen Jin said that the cover display will measure 3.5 inches. Considering that we know, thanks to reliable sources, that the Galaxy Z Flip 5 will include a 3.4-inch cover display, Motorola’s panel will be larger.
Truth be said, this is not exactly a big difference. Both phones will have a rather spacious cover display. The change will be especially big for the Galaxy Z Flip series users, as the Galaxy Z Flip 4 includes a 1.9-inch cover display. In contrast, the Motorola Razr 2022 has a 2.7-inch cover panel.
Now, do note that the Motorola Razr+ 2023, may be called differently in different markets. Judging by a recent report, it may carry the Motorola Razr Pro name in most global markets. The Motorola Razr+ 2023 name could be reserved for China. The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra name was also pointed at in a benchmark listing.
So, we’ll have to wait and see what naming scheme will Motorola end up using in which markets. Considering that a report said that the Motorola Razr Pro will launch in Spain, we’re presuming that will be the name for most markets outside of China, if not all of them.
Motorola will announce two clamshell foldables in the near future
The Motorola Razr Pro aka Razr+ 2023 will be one of two clamshell foldables Motorola will announce in the near future. The Motorola Razr Lite was also mentioned, and that device even appeared in renders.
The phone will feature a 6.7-inch main display, with a fullHD+ resolution, and a 144Hz refresh rate. Well, at least according to rumors. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 will fuel the device.
Motorola is expected to include 8GB/12GB of RAM inside of the phone. Android 13 will come pre-installed on the device.
