Being a teacher that have taught many subjects over the years. You have to be open to get more training from experts in the fields. Education is always changing and we are always learning something new about Math, Science, History, and English. I will be honest and say that I do not teach the way I did in 2003. You have to always be willing to learn and do the work in teaching up to date materials. As well cross teaching in curriculum as well.

Taken in the feedback from the experts and use it to do good practice teaching in your classroom. Never stop trying to be the best teacher you can be for your students. What I am learning that you sometimes have to come out of your comfort zone to learn more about teaching subject a new way. I am truly understanding that now in my current situation. I want to be the best teacher possible for my students. I can only achieve that by attending virtual webinar, conference and belonging to organization that are willing to help me grow as a teacher researcher. Then I can turn around and give this back to my students.
