In order to make sure everyone is aligned on goals and timelines, first and foremost we need to make sure those are well defined and properly communicated. Once this is achieved, the work is half done. Then, we need to focus on regularly updating the team on each other's progress and status to ensure the desired alignment is achieved as expected. To ensure the above is done properly, we need to follow Scrum. We should have daily standups and share our progress, plans, and impediments regularly. We should also plan and groom Sprints and do a retrospective at the end of each sprint.
