This past weekend, Mathis Lucet attended WEFTEC, where he gained valuable exposure to the water quality industry and shared his experience from a student design competition:
"I participated in a student design nationwide competition at WEFTEC in the Water Environment Division. My group and I presented a project to provide a solution to chronic flooding in Chatham, a south side neighborhood of Chicago. WEFTEC is the Water Environment Federation's largest annual water quality exhibition and conference in North America, offering water quality professionals the best education, training, and networking opportunities to positively impact the future of water quality and environmental sustainability.
It was a great time for me to discover new technologies in the water sector and networking opportunities as a new water resources engineer at 2im Group."
Nice work, Mathis!
