We had quite a bit of excitement over the last week as a wayward juvenile turkey vulture decided to move into our warehouse for a few days. Due of the height and size of our warehouse, Animal Control had no way of catching this young bird, so he became our unofficial mascot for nearly a week. We finally coaxed buzzard outside with a meal of fish and our temporary aviary was returned once again to a regular old warehouse once more. Happy flying young friend. ... please don't come back for another stay 😂🤣 🦅
In a week of crazy weather here in So Cal, we were pleased to see one of our partners stepping up to rescue a fellow motorist who was involved in a harrowing accident. Copier Delivery Systems regularly assists us with delivery of equipment when our own trucks are otherwise engaged or heading in opposite directions across Southern California. One of our Cultural Pillars is "Caring Makes Great Things Happen." We also make sure to work with other organizations who hold similar principals in how they go abut their operations. It is with heavy hearts that we bid a fond farewell last week to long time field service technician Doug Paull. Doug is retiring after many years in the industry, the last 11 of which we had the pleasure of spending with him. We wish him much relaxation and enjoyment in the next chapter of his life. You will be missed, Doug!
