Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay. 🧠 🌍 We are promoting our people to check-in with one of their peers today, using 10 questions to prompt healthy and safe conversations about our mental wellbeing. 🗣 🧡 As an Advo Health employee you can also access our Vitality at Work healthcare benefit, which includes a Headspace subscription, free online counselling and much more.

That's a wrap! Week one delivering HAAS is complete (almost) 😅   Our people have embodied our business values - caring, pioneering, dependable and united - from day one. Everyone has mucked in and got things done, which meant we could successfully start delivering PIP and WCA assessments on day three, maintaining a high quality service for claimants. HAAS go-live! After a lengthy TUPE process, today we have welcomed over 200 new people to the Advo team. 👋 Along with over 150 of our existing employees, the next two days is all about meeting the teams, preparing for the new HAAS contract and getting to grips with new ways of working. Congratulations to the 2023 Gold Winners of our annual VIP Employee Awards scheme 👑🎉 Thursday night they celebrated their gold win with our CEO, Ian Thistlewood, and members of our Executive Team at a private dining location in Birmingham. Employee recognition happens on a daily basis at Ascenti, and once a year we get the opportunity to celebrate the individuals who were recognised by their peers for their incredible work and achievements. 🥳 Congratulations again to our 2023 Gold Winners and we can’t wait to see who wins at our 2024 VIP Awards ceremony in December. 🏆

Before and after! 💥 This has been an important week for our implementation team and business support functions as we prepare for HAAS go-live in three weeks! ✉ Our People Team prepared and sent hundreds of individuals their first of three transfer letters. Kasha Lozinska M.A. Assoc CIPD, EMCC, CMC AssocMediator Helen Cave (MSc Associate CIPD) Jayne Rolls 📦 We packed over 380 welcome boxes! Thank you to our Comms, IT and Facilities Teams for making this happen. 💻 We hosted more virtual drop-in sessions to speak to our Maximus colleagues. Thanks to everyone for tuning in and to our Senior Leadership Team for running the calls. 😍 The HAAS project team continue to work closely with our partners Ingeus and Serco to prepare for go-live. There is LOTS going on behind the scenes. 👨💻 Our amazing team continue to deliver a first-class service under the current contract despite all of the changes that are happening. Everyone deserves a relaxing weekend enjoying the sunshine, before we hit the ground running again on Monday! #TeamAdvoHealth
