What We Do Professional Networking: ABN offers quarterly professional development speaker events that provide information, resources and networking opportunities for new and established skilled Professionals. Professional Mentorship: This one-year program provides African and other skilled immigrants who want to reestablish themselves in a new field the opportunity to be guided by an experienced professional in that same field. Job Search and Career Advising: ABN offers job and career advice for skilled immigrants. This program supports skilled immigrants in the advancement of their job search and career development. Orientation Workshops: ABN offers interactive workshops for recent skilled immigrants to introduce and provide fundamental knowledge on successful integration into the United States.

ABN is excited to announce the placement of 23 immigrant professionals in the healthcare and research tracks of the 2024 Immigrant Professionals Fellowship. This year's cohort includes talented immigrant professionals from across the world, including China, Haiti, Morocco, Pakistan, Uganda, Ukraine, and more. A majority of this year's fellows hold a Masters or Doctorate degree. We hope that this Fellowship will enable them to further advance their careers in the U.S. We would like to thank the employers and supervisors at Boston Children's Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Medical Center (BMC), Harvard Medical School, and Mass General Brigham for taking a chance on these individuals.
