On Self Management and Balance
At Agile Six, there is no prescribed right way of doing things and no management in place to insist on or monitor policy conformance around working hours/location, etc. For me, personally, I have been able to replace a ninety minute daily commute with a five mile walk every day...At this point in life, having a great work-life balance, doing purposeful work, and making a difference is what I was looking for and doing this at Agile Six makes me happy.

This is an environment where you can contribute to actual societal problems and feel like you're a part of the world...It comes down to the heart of the people who work here. I have never felt like there was a person who did not care about the work that they were doing. Not only do they have a job and get a paycheck, but this is important to them, and their heart is in it...To have 70 people who all have that is a kind of a miracle.
