We’re thrilled to announce our latest partnership with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs on the Authenticated Experience Design Patterns task order under VA's CEDAR IDIQ. Many Veterans face the frustration of navigating inconsistent interfaces and being forced to re-enter personal information when they access VA.gov With this initiative, we will develop standardized, reusable design patterns and components that streamline digital interactions for authenticated users, providing our Veterans a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly interface. These enhancements will reduce repetitive tasks and improve the overall experience on VA.gov, allowing Veterans to navigate between authenticated content, applications, and the rest of the site without hassle. This work is supported by the Technology Modernization Fund, and at the end of the period of performance, the developed patterns and components will be handed off to the United States Web Design System (USWDS) for potential reuse across federal agencies.
