As a tech founder, hiring his first AE was challenging for him as he had never hired an AE before and it was one o the most critical role for him? He didn't know where to start or what to look for. When I met him and shared with him about Sprouts and the AI recruiter, he was hesitant because of his past experience of over promise and under delivering AI, but agreed to give it a try when I insisted and he had nothing to lose as I only asked 30m of his time to tune the role.
