“At Thursday night’s packed ULI Case Study Panel and Tour, Aimco’s SVP of Development, Matt Hopkins, was extremely pleased to share the story of Aimco’s several-year partnership with Donohoe and SK&I. The panel discussed the planning and development of our new mixed-use community at Upton Place in NW DC (105,000 gross leasable area of retail and 689 diverse apartment homes). It is always our pleasure to delve into the details of large-scale urban development with fellow industry leaders, and we relish in showcasing a project we’re very proud of, to a broader audience.”
