Every fall, we at Air Compressor Services roll up our sleeves and come together for what we proudly call our "Fall Farm Initiative." This tradition has become a meaningful chapter in our company culture, and it’s all centered around our partnership with an incredible local organization: Mill Village Ministries. For those who may not know, MVM's Mill Village Farms is more than just a farm. They’re a nonprofit powerhouse in Greenville, SC, dedicated to providing healthy produce, empowering youth through employment, and educating the community on sustainable food systems. They harness the energy and enthusiasm of students and volunteers during the summer months, but when fall rolls around, they need extra hands to prepare the farm for the next spring planting season. This year, when Mill Village Farms tapped ACS for support, we answered the call without hesitation. Over the course of three months, our team steps away from their usual work to dig in, quite literally. We clear beds, prep land, and contribute our time and energy to ensure Mill Village Farms is ready to keep making a difference when the first buds of spring emerge. We are grateful for the opportunity to support their mission and strengthen the sense of community that makes Greenville special.
