Alquimi Renewables (“Alquimi”) is a specialized advisory firm focused on high quality, asset-based energy investments in the United States and the Caribbean and Latin American region. Alquimi is a renewable energy project developer, that holds exclusive licensing for the Caribbean and Latin America representing our proprietary, commercial grade, off-grid solar greenhouse systems. These are the first hurricane resistant solar greenhouse systems engineered to withstand 200mph winds, and can therefore be introduced into threatened regions including the Caribbean and Central America. This is a game changing technology that will accelerate food and energy security, and present a key element towards economic development and job creation. Our focus is on power generation and distribution for data centers, hospitals, government facilities, manufacturing and heavy industrial sites, and other 24/7 mission-critical assets. We support solar generation solutions for resorts, commercial, and municipal requirements. We also seek to advance utility scale and programmatic small-scale distributed renewable and integrated conventional energy projects. Other niche energy assets are considered on a case-by-case basis. We emphasize investment opportunities in green and clean base load power facilities (co-generation, biofuels, and geothermal) and supplemental renewables (particularly solar and wind). We target a limited number of long-term exclusive engagements with large investment platforms, family offices, and funds, representing buy-side capital to meet specified investor needs. We also work with select national and international operating partners on the sell side.
