For generations, Mary Margaret McDonald’s family has worked the land near San Angelo, Texas. Now, solar energy is providing a new way to sustain that legacy. Apex’s Angelo Solar project is creating stable income for ranchers during uncertain times while bringing economic benefits to the broader community. ☀️

In the first week of March, while coal and gas plants went offline for maintenance, energy storage stepped up—with batteries delivering an astonishing 10% of the state’s electricity during evening hours.
