We are thrilled to announce #FDA clearance of #IND application for ALTA2618, the first mutant-selective targeted therapy for patients with AKT1 E17K-mutant solid tumors. We expect to initiate our Phase 1/1b study, AKTive001, in Q3 2024. This is an important milestone in Alterome’s mission to deliver the next generation of precision therapies and give hope to individuals affected by cancer.
