Yesterday, we celebrated Bob B.'s 40th Altra work anniversary with a fun Tiki Boat Ride alongside his E-Services team! Bob began his career at Altra in the mid-1980s as a Consumer Loan Processor. While working, he earned his bachelor's degree from Viterbo in 1996. He played a key role in launching the Credit Card department and was promoted to Credit Services Manager, later becoming a Financial Analyst when our Operations Center opened. In 2010, Bob advanced to the role of E-Services Manager where he helped launch our online/mobile banking platforms and have remained to this day. "Reflecting back, it's really been extraordinary to see the $70 million credit union I started at in 1984 into the almost $3 billion first class organization we are today. There is no doubt about what I have loved about working at Altra all these years - the people. Altra has been my 2nd family and my home for 4 decades. I'm so grateful and thankful for the life that I built here and the amazing people I've met on the journey." - Bob B. Congratulations, Bob, on this incredible achievement! Team Altra is honored to have supported the Winona Health Foundation at the Ben & Adith Miller Classic yesterday, August 12th. The Ben & Adith Miller Patient Care Fund, established in 1986 by Benjamin Miller in honor of his wife Adith, stands as an important community resource, helping those in need afford medical care at Winona Health. Over the past 34 years, the fundraiser has raised over $15.5 million for patients.
