The Alzheimer's Association, Central New York Chapter provides vital services to individuals, families and care partners in our 14-county Upstate New York Region. We are the only organization in our region dedicated to the elimination of Alzheimer's disease and the support of individuals who have been diagnosed with it. Our mission To eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.
