I serve as a key connector, leading the entire journey from defining enterprise strategies to implementing them, while ensuring seamless execution and service delivery. I work closely with all business divisions and offices, at all levels of the organization, to lead the implementation of AI strategies, compliance with Federal AI regulations, implementing AI governance, and operationalize AI processes, ensuring they are used responsibly. What excites me most is the cross-functional collaboration that facilitates the adoption of emerging technologies and streamlines enterprise processes. Prior to this role, I successfully spearheaded numerous strategic and innovative programs centered on cloud, data, and business process reengineering transformations. One of the aspects I value most about the ACT-IAC Partners Program is the opportunity to collaborate with Government and Industry and gain diverse perspectives. It enables me to explore different approaches to shared challenges and deepen my understanding of the evolving industry. Grafton deButts I love talking about the impact that our programs have on every citizen, every day. As the Director of Strategic Growth for a Veteran Owned Small Business, Strongbridge LLC, I lead a portion of our business development and capture activities, as well as our corporate marketing strategy. At the core of this work is the understanding of how the applications we develop, the tool kits we create, and the systems we manage touch almost every citizen at some point in their life. Daily, I share the stories of our team’s integrations of emerging technology and products that make serving the American customer more effective and seek to connect with partners with the same approach to their mission. ACT-IAC and the Partners program has been an irreplaceable chapter of my career. This program has challenged me professionally, increased my perspective when facing industry issues, and provided life-long partners and friends. I will be saddened when the program comes to an end, but thankful for the incredible Fellows alumni program that ACT-IAC has built and looking forward to continuing to grow and invest as a Partner. #professionaldevelopment #leadership
