🌟 We are so proud of our team member's dedication to advancing healthcare education and bringing the patient’s voice to the forefront! 👏 Thank you to the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) for fostering such impactful discussions and learning opportunities at #AMWA2024. We’re excited to see the insights gained on inclusive language, AI in CME, and the CME writing ecosystem put into practice here at DKBmed! Keep shining and inspiring, Lesley Simon! #DKBmed #CME #PatientCenteredCare #HealthcareEducation #ContinuousImprovement #AMWA
I'm now recovered from #AMWA2024 in New Orleans! This year, I was excited to share the podium with Andrew Bowser, ELS, CHCP to discuss how we can incorporate and elevate the patient voice in CME and to have an unscripted dialog with Janet Manfre, Stephanie Stowell Wenick, and Donald Harting MA, MS, ELS, CHCP about how the "ecosystem" of CME writers works for us. I also learned from several informative sessions, including those about ever-evolving inclusive language and use of AI in CME writing and always challenging question writing. Putting my new knowledge into practice at DKBmed immediately! Thank you for the great information and opportunities, American Medical Writers Association (AMWA)!
