Possible party times are Fridays (5-7 p.m.) and Saturdays and Sundays (11 a.m.-1 p.m., 1:30–3:30 p.m., and 4-6 p.m.). DMAS- Customer Experience Technician: Adoptions (PT) We are currently seeking part-time Customer Experience Technicians PT to join our Adoptions team at our groundbreaking New Animal Services facility (1441 Harriet St., Des Moines, IA 50317). In this role, you will be the face and/or voice for our furry friends and community by providing the best customer experience. You will play a key role in providing compassionate, empathetic, and friendly interactions with customers, patrons, staff, and volunteers while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. You will be joining a team that works together to create change and provides a meaningful impact every day for the animals and our community. Here's what we ask of you to take our Customer Experience team to the next level.
