🚀 Exciting Milestone! Over the past 12 months, I had the incredible opportunity to oversee designs for 3 of the many upcoming incredible Whole Foods Market stores, each with its own unique challenges and achievements. 🎐 This journey wouldn’t have been possible without the support of Leadership: Almira Pehadzic, Aurelia Vanderzyl, Mary Beth Vultee, Jamie Olsen, julie joyce, Angela Mingo 🏬 Albuquerque, NM: This project uniquely combined shell and tenant improvement (TI) design, requiring seamless coordination between real estate, design, and construction. By optimizing the design to align with business goals, cost efficiency, and operational needs, we successfully delivered a functional, high-quality store within timeline constraints, ensuring a strong market entry and long-term viability. Design Partners: BRR Architecture and D L English Design Studio https://lnkd.in/gPEHEa6B 🏬 Paradise Valley Mall (Phoenix Metro, AZ): Part of a five-year, multi-phase development, this store is a key part of Phase 1 in a transformational retail complex. This project was a significant milestone, and it was incredibly rewarding to see it recognized at the highest levels of leadership. The positive feedback we received reflects the hard work, dedication, and collaboration that went into bringing this store to life. The complex slab system posed unique design and construction challenges, making adaptability and problem-solving essential. I’m incredibly proud to have worked alongside an amazing team to navigate these complexities and keep this fast-track project on course. Strong collaboration, adaptability, and shared leadership ensured a seamless transition and successful opening.
