Patient-focused physical and psychological healthcare services for organizations that truly care for their employees.

About us

Archive delivers patient-focused healthcare because we believe every person deserves to live more fully. We do this by bringing together Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, Nutritionists and Athletic Trainers to deliver a layered healthcare approach at our onsite clinic locations across the United States and Mexico. Our low-patient census gives practitioners time for listening, building patient rapport, and delivering a deep diagnosis that treats the whole person. And, because Archive is contracted by employers, our patients aren’t billed for our services–so we provide healthcare, stress-free. Just as we value our patients, we value our employees. Our model means our employees don’t work overtime, weekends or nights, and they are never on-call. Paid holidays allow time for family, our focus on education prioritizes growth, and our therapy reimbursement encourages employee wellbeing. We believe in putting our employees first so they can put their patients first. We all need someone to care for us. Let us show you how Archive cares.

"We do not see things as they are, we see things as we are." - Talmud Companies report that 4-7% of their workforce has a disability BUT 28.7% of adults in the U.S have some type of disability according to the CDC. It is true that unemployment for people with a disability is more than double that for those without: 7.9% vs 3.8% respectively as of September 2024 (U.S Department of Labor) and it’s also true that people with a disability are less likely to report it to their employer for fear of losing their job–both areas we need to improve upon. But the numbers still aren’t adding up. It may be because “we see things as we are” as the saying goes, but it’s also possible that, for many of us, we’re also not fully seeing ourselves. So, this National Disability Employee Awareness Month, let’s remind ourselves what the definition of a disability is so we can see everyone, including ourselves, a little more clearly. The CDC defines disability as “any condition of the body or mind (impairment) that makes it more difficult for the person with the condition to do certain activities (activity limitation) and interact with the world around them (participation restrictions).” These can affect things from our movement and hearing to our social relationships and memory. So, let's work on seeing the world more clearly so we can shape it into what it needs to be--a place with access to good jobs for all. #NDEAM #DisabilityAwareness #healthcare #archivecares #inclusionatwork

It’s Boss’s Day, which means the Archive team gets to celebrate and give thanks to (and embarrass) our CEO, Jack Fuller. Below are just some of the reasons why working at Archive is a privilege and a pleasure. “Two years ago we had our first contact in a "Teams" meeting. From that moment I knew that our way of seeing medical care was very similar: prioritizing compassion, the well-being of patients, and teamwork as the main tool to achieve our goals. Thank you for being the great leader who inspires your entire team and thank you for the support and trust you have placed in me during this time.” - Luis Contreras, Mexico Clinical Operations Manager “Jack brings immense passion to his company, which you can feel even in our day-to-day interactions and how we look at improving the health and lives of our patients.” - Justin Schlitz, Director of Business Operations “Jack is an outstanding leader who has made a significant impact on me in our short time together. He fosters a collaborative environment, actively seeking input from the team and valuing everyone's perspective. His openness to change encourages innovation, and he drives our projects forward while being mindful of everyone’s time and contributions. This thoughtful approach creates a supportive atmosphere where we feel motivated and respected, making it a pleasure to work together.” - Paul Miller, Chief Financial Officer “I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to our incredible CEO, Jack, for Boss's Day. Over the past year, I’ve had the good fortune of working alongside him, and it has truly been a transformative experience. His leadership, vision, and passion have not only guided our team but have also inspired me to grow! He's an awesome boss!” - Tristan Acosta-Pecina, Executive Assistant “We are so fortunate to have a leader who drives our vision and inspires us to make a difference on a daily basis! I am so thankful for the support and guidance you provide for me and all of Archive! Happy Boss's Day!” - Laurie Lewis, Chief Clinical Officer #bosssday #bossappreciation #archivecares #positiveworkenvironment #healthcare

Archive therapists engage in a bi-weekly, facilitated reading group where they assume the role of the “poet-analyst” to foster self-discovery and personal and professional growth. A couple of sessions back, we read Macbeth. After talking about the ego and ambition–expected areas–we stumbled into talking about the necessity of having people in our lives who know us and love us deeply enough to tell us when we are about to engage in something that is not only destructive to others, but to ourselves. These kinds of relationships–with family, friends, partners–take years to cultivate and are likely relationships that have weathered storms of their own; after all, it’s easier to stay silent than to say the thing that may induce anger. But for those of us who have those relationships, we know how invaluable they are at saving us from ourselves. Are you lucky enough to have a person in your life who knows you well enough and is brave enough to stop you from doing those things that will only end in regret? Is there someone in your life who could play this role if only you could allow them to? Let's all work on hearing (and accepting) the hard truths in order to live a life we can be proud of. #mentalhealth #healthcare #hardtruths #archivecares #humanitiesinhealthcare

5 Tips to Reduce Your Risk of Breast Cancer: 1. Opt to Breastfeed if you can! For new moms, there are many benefits to breastfeeding, but studies also show that breastfeeding can reduce the risk of both breast and ovarian cancer, as does the number of full-term children a woman has. 2. Reduce your alcohol intake and QUIT smoking early! Both alcohol and tobacco exposure have long been linked to an increase in the risk of breast cancer, and minimizing or eliminating your exposure to both makes a BIG difference, in as little as 2 weeks! 3. Stay active! Physical activity has been shown to directly and indirectly reduce the risk of breast cancer, while helping you maintain a healthy weight and thus contribute to overall well being. 4. Be mindful! Stress can take a toll on the body, and in conjunction with poor sleep habits and sleep quality, overtime, can lead to an increased risk of breast and other cancers. 5. Be aware! Know your family history, talk to your doctor about the importance of proper screening. This is not just limited to breast exams and imaging, but it's also important to weigh your own risk as it relates to genetic mutations, which are responsible for a large percentage of cancers in women and are passed down hereditarily. Discuss your options today! #breastcancerawareness #pinkribbon #healthcare

On Monday, it was the birthday of one of Archive's own - Laura Hernandez. Though we are a little late due to the disaster in Western North Carolina, we want to wish Laura a very happy birthday and say how #grateful we are to have her on our team. Laura is one of our licensed family #nursepractitioners and she brings her extensive stores of empathy and #compassion to every patient she treats. About her lifelong #passion for #healthcare, Laura said the following: “I was trained at the advent of the current healthcare system, before health insurance dictated and managed care. During the last 20 years, I've worked in emergency departments, where we just took care of people - no matter what. The reason I appreciate working at Archive Health is I am allowed the freedom to provide healthcare to every employee regardless of insurance status and do what I love - taking care of people.” Archive asked Laura  how she cares for her own #wellbeing. Here’s what she said: “I take advantage of any free moment I can to take a trip–short trips, weekend trips, road trips, long trips, international trips. I try to plan very loosely to allow room for stress free error and spontaneity. I'm currently planning a trip to Greece next summer with one of my younger cousins. They always want to travel with me because according to them, I 'take the coolest vacations'.” Archive is lucky to have you, Laura, and we want in on the next cool trip! #compassionatecare #providerspotlight #hispanicheritagemonth

One way to prevent burnout is maintaining a work-life balance. A couple of ways to do this is by:  - Unplugging after work: get into the habit of powering down and silencing work notifications wherever possible. - Taking scheduled breaks and actually using your PTO to recharge. - Making time for the things that bring you joy, like hobbies and self care. But, of course, it’s important to remember that as a worker, you’re one half of the equation. Companies need to do their part too. At Archive we are striving to prevent burnout and promote employee wellness by:  - Providing employees with a weekly stipend for #mentalhealth services and encouraging them to take their therapy appointment during work hours. - Closing for all major holidays and requiring no overtime, no on-call, and no weekends. - Encouraging our employees to use their PTO. How do you maintain a work/life balance?
