Patient-focused physical and psychological healthcare services for organizations that truly care for their employees.

About us

Archive delivers patient-focused healthcare because we believe every person deserves to live more fully. We do this by bringing together Nurse Practitioners, Therapists, Nutritionists and Athletic Trainers to deliver a layered healthcare approach at our onsite clinic locations across the United States and Mexico. Our low-patient census gives practitioners time for listening, building patient rapport, and delivering a deep diagnosis that treats the whole person. And, because Archive is contracted by employers, our patients aren’t billed for our services–so we provide healthcare, stress-free. Just as we value our patients, we value our employees. Our model means our employees don’t work overtime, weekends or nights, and they are never on-call. Paid holidays allow time for family, our focus on education prioritizes growth, and our therapy reimbursement encourages employee wellbeing. We believe in putting our employees first so they can put their patients first. We all need someone to care for us. Let us show you how Archive cares.

On Monday, it was the birthday of one of Archive's own - Laura Hernandez. Though we are a little late due to the disaster in Western North Carolina, we want to wish Laura a very happy birthday and say how #grateful we are to have her on our team. Laura is one of our licensed family #nursepractitioners and she brings her extensive stores of empathy and #compassion to every patient she treats. About her lifelong #passion for #healthcare, Laura said the following: “I was trained at the advent of the current healthcare system, before health insurance dictated and managed care. During the last 20 years, I've worked in emergency departments, where we just took care of people - no matter what. The reason I appreciate working at Archive Health is I am allowed the freedom to provide healthcare to every employee regardless of insurance status and do what I love - taking care of people.” Archive asked Laura  how she cares for her own #wellbeing. Here’s what she said: “I take advantage of any free moment I can to take a trip–short trips, weekend trips, road trips, long trips, international trips. I try to plan very loosely to allow room for stress free error and spontaneity. I'm currently planning a trip to Greece next summer with one of my younger cousins. They always want to travel with me because according to them, I 'take the coolest vacations'.” Archive is lucky to have you, Laura, and we want in on the next cool trip! #compassionatecare #providerspotlight #hispanicheritagemonth

One way to prevent #burnout is maintaining a #worklifebalance. A couple of ways to do this is by:  - Unplugging after work: get into the habit of powering down and silencing work notifications wherever possible. - Taking scheduled breaks and actually using your PTO to #recharge. - Making time for the things that bring you joy, like hobbies and #selfcare. But, of course, it’s important to remember that as a worker, you’re one half of the equation. Companies need to do their part too. At Archive we are striving to prevent burnout and promote #employeewellness by:  - Providing employees with a weekly stipend for #mentalhealth services and encouraging them to take their therapy appointment during work hours. - Closing for all major holidays and requiring no overtime, no on-call, and no weekends. - Encouraging our employees to use their PTO. How do you maintain a work/life balance?

Archive is pleased to welcome Pati Luna, Operations Manager for our Mexico team. Pati is a results-oriented industrial engineer with 10 years of experience in the #healthcare industry. Skilled in Six Sigma, Lean healthcare, and process optimization, what Pati cares about is making healthcare a better experience for patients by raising the baseline of #qualitycare. Archive asked Pati how she cares for her own #wellbeing. Here’s what she said: “For me, wellbeing is taking time for things that make you happy and being grateful for them. My go-to’s are playing with my dog, Lilo, a good cup of coffee or tea, conversations with my mom, going to the movies with my husband, and doing a spin or pilates class.” Welcome Pati, the Archive team is lucky to have you! #newhire #hispanicheritagemonth #pioneerofchange

On this #wellnesswednesday, Archive wants you to decompress. As a healthcare company, we know that the word "health" conjures thoughts of blood pressure, exercise, medication...maybe even guilt. But this Wellness Wednesday, we want to remind you that health is also taking a stroll with someone you love, watching a good movie, or having a long bath. Here's how members of the Archive team decompress: "I decompress by always changing into something comfy when I get home and making a comfort meal while watching one of my favorite TV shows. Always do something relaxing!" - Grace, Medical Assistant "Since I work from home, I always go for a small walk to decompress after work. After my walk I do something cozy, like grabbing a book or baking!" - Tristan, Management Team #wellnesswednesday #selfcare #archive #occupationalhealth #mentalhealth #worklifebalance

One of our Indiana #nursepractitioners shared the following story:  “I have a patient I’ve been seeing for some time for depression–she also uses our therapy services. During our last few visits, I noticed she was limping. When I asked about it, she disregarded it. “Oh, it’s just my hip,” she said. “It’ll go away.” A few weeks later, I saw her in the cafeteria and noticed she was still limping. I asked if she was alright, and again she said she was fine. When she showed up for her next appointment still limping, I encouraged her to let me examine her. She finally agreed. When we x-rayed her hip, her left hip showed little to no cartilage–it was all bone on bone. I referred her to orthopedics and she is going to have a total hip replacement. She was so thankful, because she’d been struggling for a while, and now she’s looking forward to being able to walk without pain.” #PatientSuccess #successstories #nursepractitioner #healthcare #HealthcareHeroes

Archive is excited to announce the launch of our Therapy Reading Group, a bi-weekly dive into classic humanities texts. For our Therapy Reading Group, we’re not asking what themes we notice, where the extended metaphor is, or what academic theories spring to mind. We don’t care about sounding smart. Instead, our Therapy Reading Group asks questions like:  - Does the text summon any memories for me?  - What questions would I ask the characters?  - Is there any overlap between characters in the text and clients I’ve had? As therapists, we read and discuss to develop not just professionally, but personally too so we can better serve our patients and ourselves. We’re beginning our journey by reading about an epic journey–that of Odysseus in Homer’s The Odyssey. Have you read The Odyssey? If so, how did it make you feel? #therapyreadinggroup #bibliotherapy #theodyssey
