LuHi got a glow up with some Mott Manufacturing Limited wood casework and Safeguard fume hoods. Complete with Durcon - A Wilsonart Company epoxy tops and WaterSaver Faucet Co. service fixtures. Long Island Lutheran Junior/Senior High School is a 32 acre campus that opened it's doors in 1960. We had the pleasure of updating lab spaces at this private college preparatory school under the direction of Archstone Builders.

The newly renovated 31,000 square foot facility includes modern, bright, and flexible educational and ancillary spaces that will inspire students and foster collaboration for decades to come. With cutting-edge technology, modern furnishings, and flexible workspaces, the new wing provides the ideal environment for LuHi students to thrive. Zubatkin is honored to have partnered with LuHi, Sage and Coombe Architects, and Archstone Builders on this project. Progress photos from 280 8th ave. Our Stros dual hoist machines are working restless to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and the challanging cantilever support holding the hoist in place helped achieve success at this location. Happy to be part of this project, thanking Archstone Builders for the opportunity. #springscaffolding

Some more great photos from yesterdays celebration at 280 Eighth Avenue!
Topping Out Celebratory Milestone and Party at 280 Eighth Avenue in Manhattan !! - Yesterday we “Topped Out” at 280 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea in Manhattan with the concrete superstructure phase of the project and by tradition planted an American flag at the top of the building. Congratulations (!!) to the Red Apple Group for the development/ construction and to John Catsimatidis, the family, and their company for another dramatic addition to the New York skyline. The new mixed use rental apartment building is designed by SLCE Architects, and with Archstone Builders as the CM. With iconic views of the Empire State Building, the 2024 TripAdvisor’s #1 Top Attraction in the World, the World Trade Center and Hudson Yards a new residential architectural gem is taking shape in Chelsea.
