In collaboration with our esteemed partner ACD, construction is underway for a new 96,515 SF multistory self-storage facility in Denver, Colorado! The team is off to a strong start with extensive site grading and building pad preparation, laying the groundwork to kick off foundation installation in the coming weeks. We look forward to delivering this building to our client in 2025!

Puttshack has re-written the rules of indoor mini-golf with upscale, tech-infused courses and a trendy bar and restaurant. We’re excited to unveil one of their latest locations at Southdale Center in Edina, Minnesota (see pictures below). To help welcome Puttshack to the Twin Cities, ARCO has partnered with the NAIOP Developing Leaders program to host an upcoming happy hour there on November 21st. The two-story, 25,000 SF facility features four highly competitive, nine-hole courses that use Trackaball technology for scoring. ARCO recently completed a 196,114 SF rear-load speculative warehouse for Distribution Realty Group in Orlando, FL. The design/build project includes four future tenant entrances, a 32’ clear height, 20 dock positions, two drive-in ramps, and 3,410 total SF office space. Take a look at the final photos...

A new 3-story plus basement self-storage facility has officially opened up for business in Fort Collins, Colorado! The 118,450 SF building houses 726 ready-to-rent storage units and offers 37 interior drive-up units. Constructed on an elevated lot, the project involved several key enhancements, including a custom-designed drive-up ramp, a newly developed public access road, and a 10-foot retaining wall, providing at-grade entry points to two levels of the building. We are thrilled to continue collaborating with our valued repeat client Guardian Storage LLC and look forward to the next opportunity to build!
