On this #FeelGoodFriday, check out this heartwarming moment as Dallas Cowboys center Cooper Beebe was caught on camera by his dad, practicing hiking with his mom ahead of the big game. He later hiked the ball to none other than the highest-paid NFL player in history, Dak Prescott. A sweet reminder that moms are always there, supporting their sons and daughters! While prevention is so important in the fight against #MedicareFraud, prevention alone cannot stop all fraud, errors, and abuse. Detect potential problems by taking the following steps: 📖Keep records of health care visits, services or equipment received, test results, etc., using the My Health Care Tracker from the SMP. 📂File copies of bills received from your doctor, hospital, pharmacist, supplier, or other health care provider. 📑Save your Medicare Summary Notices (MSNs) and Explanations of Benefits (EOBs) and review them for accuracy. 🗓️Compare the dates, providers, and services received shown on MSNs and EOBs to what is documented in your personal health care records. 💰Beware of charges for services not received, duplicate charges, or services that were not ordered by your doctor. If you have questions about detecting fraud, errors, or abuse, contact your local #SeniorMedicarePatrol. Broward, call the AAABC Helpline at (954) 745-9779
