    Attractions are lagging in tech and connectivity – and it’s holding them back. Arival’s Global Operator Landscape: The State of Visitor Attractions report (https://lnkd.in/gz66zNd5) confirms what many of us already know: attractions are behind when it comes to technology and connectivity. While tours and activities have made major strides in online booking and distribution, many attractions are still operating with fragmented systems, making it harder to sell tickets and connect with resellers. Attractions that invest in the right tech can drive more sales, improve visitor experience, and create more efficient operations. But too many are stuck with outdated systems or disconnected sales channels. As the industry evolves, the ability to seamlessly distribute tickets—across OTAs, resellers, and direct channels—is no longer a ‘nice to have’; it’s essential.
