Telehealth meets individuals where they are, delivering outcomes on par with in-person care for mental health support. Array started out providing telepsychiatry in rural hospitals, pioneering new standards of care. While the technology has changed since then, the advantages of acute behavioral telehealth persist. Patients in crisis can access timely and relevant care from a remote psychiatrist – instead of waiting hours for an on-call specialist. Array continues to provide prompt, high-quality psychiatric care. We support our hospital partners in achieving: ✅ Improved patient treatment progress, experiences, and outcomes ✅ Accelerated ED throughput and reduced staff burden ✅ Seamless integration with existing systems and processes Join us in transforming behavioral care at your organization. As technology continues to evolve, so does its impact on behavioral health. Patrick Williamson at Array Behavioral Care shares how AI and telehealth advancements are helping address critical challenges like clinician burnout, access to care in underserved areas, and the need for truly personalized treatment. 📰 In his recent article, “Using Technology to Personalize Behavioral Health Treatments,” Patrick explores how innovations in AI note-taking, telehealth, and improved data sharing are enabling clinicians to deliver more customized, effective care. With patients’ mental and physical health data often siloed, bridging these gaps can empower clinicians to make better-informed treatment decisions. Array is leading this charge, helping patients receive timely, tailored care across settings and specialties. When patients can’t access the right level of care, they often remain in the emergency department (ED) longer than necessary – a practice known as “boarding.” A recent study highlights the financial strain and diminished quality of care caused by ED boarding. Array helps hospitals provide timely psychiatric care to cut delays in access and improve care for all. Boarding disproportionately affects psychiatric patients, who can wait hours or even days in the ED for care. Research shows: ▪️ Psychiatric patients wait 3.2 times longer than non-psychiatric patients, occupying 2+ beds that could be used for others. ▪️ Each boarded psychiatric patient creates a financial loss exceeding $1,000 compared to other admissions. ▪️ A 1-hour drop in boarding can increase hospital revenue from $10,000 to over $13,000, by treating patients who might otherwise leave and by accepting diverted ambulances. Don’t let delayed psychiatric care cause disruptions and unnecessary costs at your hospital. Let's connect on how Array can help reduce ED boarding and boost your operations: https://hubs.la/Q02Vx4540 Together, we can ensure every patient receives the right care at the right time. https://hubs.la/Q02Vw-4l0 #HealthcareNews #HealthcareInnovatoins #BehavioralCare #Telehealth #HealthcareResearch #Psychiatry #AccesstoHealthcare
