On August 1st, we reported our Q2-2024 results. Check it out. 📈 We met or exceeded all of our guided financial metrics. Our Q2 2024 Annual Contract Value (ACV) plus royalties came in at $60.1 million, a record high for the company. In Q2-2024, we realized revenue of $14.6 million which was up 13% quarter to quarter. We generated positive free cash flow in both quarters of 2024. 📊 Our outlook for Annual Contract Value (ACV) plus royalties for the full year 2024 remains unchanged from the prior guidance with a plan to exit 2024 at $62 million to $68 million, up 16% year-over-year at the mid-point. For revenue, we raised the mid-point of our guidance by $1 million, targeting $56 million to $58 million in GAAP revenue. 🌟We believe that the scale and scope of our long-term opportunity are robust, supported by a strong product pipeline of new system IP technologies and solid relationships with some of the largest electronics companies in the world who continue to innovate in exciting areas, such as Generative AI and Autonomous Driving – using Arteris System IP technologies.
