Crossroads North Building 11 is fully underway! The site utilities (water, storm, and sanitary) are complete. All the windows have been installed and paint is being applied to the steel columns, pre-cast panels, roof decking, and fire suppression lines. Currently, work continues on the detention ponds, curtain wall framing, and erection of the mezzanine steel. The team will be placing concrete for the dock pits and column isolations, as well as grading the parking lots and access roads for paving.
