✨ From our Tia Community. ✨ We are incredibly moved by Sarah's powerful and inspiring journey. Her strength, resilience, and trust in us remind us why we do what we do. We are truly honored to be part of her care team and to have supported her through such a challenging time. 💛 It’s stories like hers that highlight the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care and the strong bonds we build within our community. 💛 Check out her story: “So, I’m officially cancer free!!🎉🎉🎉 I’ve been a Tia Patient since 2021 and they have always been incredibly supportive of my health. They were always concerned about my high pressure and really listened to me when I felt like there was something wrong. I did my annual exam last fall in 2023 and was worried about my swollen lymph nodes. I did my exam within a day, I got a call from my medical team at the Tia Clinic in Silverlake that told me that I had to go to the emergency room right now because my hemoglobin levels were severely low and my white blood count was extremely high. I was immediately immediately into the hospital and discovered that I had acute lymphoblastic leukemia! With the help of City of Hope and my team’s support from Tia throughout my medical journey, I managed to beat cancer! 🎉🎉😭💖 I’m currently doing my maintenance treatment for the next two years but I thank Tia every day for taking my health seriously. They even reached out to me during the worst moments of my treatment and sent me a gift basket for my recovery! I want to thank you all so much for your love and support during this time (special shout out to my mom, Alex, my family and everyone that visited me 🥹🎉) - especially at the very start of this journey. I’m so thankful and blessed - and can’t wait to make a post in 2026 about wrapping treatment all together!!😭🎉🎉🎉 And the HUGEST SHOUTOUT to my @cityofhope and @asktia teams for discovering this cancer and healing me - with the most incredible and kindest doctors and nurses ever.😭🎉🎉”

Hi folks! Summer is officially in full swing, and June was seriously awesome here at Tia. Here are some of the highlights that made this month one of our faves so far this year: 1️⃣ We dove deep into sexual wellness with our virtual event, "Tia Tackles Sex and Pleasure." Our expert panel explored everything from the lesser-known factors affecting intimacy to actionable tips for a more fulfilling sexual experience. Plus, one lucky attendee walked away with an incredible giveaway including a one-year Tia membership, Perifit 's Advanced Kegel Exerciser, a Lioness Health Smart Vibrator, and The Pelvic People (formerly Ohnut)'s Ohnut & Aloe Lube! 🌸 Shout out to our lovely panelists Kamil Lewis, LMFT, Rachel Gelman, PT, DPT, CSC, Ximena Rossato-Bennett, Erica Nutting, DACM, LAc (nee McDonnell), Dana Morgan, and our lovely host Jessica Horwitz, MSN FNP-C!   2️⃣ We kicked off our Summer Support Groups! Led by our lovely Dana Morgan CD, CBE, these groups offer our members a safe space to share experiences, receive support, and connect with others on their journey to mental wellness. Whether it's navigating sex and pleasure, weight management, PCOS, or perimenopause & menopause, our support groups are here to remind you that you’re not alone. 🤝 3️⃣ We launched a free five-week virtual meditation series—open to all! Because wellness begins with community. Each 30-minute session includes a guided meditation followed by a brief discussion, creating a supportive space to share insights and connect with others. It’s all about mindfulness, connection, and collective growth. 🌱 And last, but CERTAINLY not least… Drumroll, please! 🥁 We opened a NEW clinic at Runway in Playa Vista! This is our 8th clinic in Los Angeles, and we couldn’t be more excited to serve the Playa Vista community. Our welcome party was an absolute blast, complete with juice from Erewhon, stunning floral arrangements by Bitchen Blooms (run by our very own Emma Rothschild from the marketing team!), a photobooth, snacks, coffee, and, of course, great vibes all around! 🌟🎉 Huge shoutout to every single person at Tia who made June an absolute dream! Your passion, dedication, and energy continue to fuel our Tia community. Let’s keep this momentum going as we dive into the rest of summer! ✨ #playavista #womenshealthcare #community #wholewomenwholelife

Primary Care Physician Leader for Tia SF

I joined Tia for much the same reason that I joined CareMore: I saw a population that was underserved by our health system, and an organization that would give me the opportunity to help build a better way. I also dreamt of being able to put pen to page and write something more universal and less project/implementation-driven about how I think care could and should be better with the work we are doing. With the support of wonderful managers/mentors Jessica Horwitz, MSN FNP-C Ryann Vernetson, MA, LPC, our wonderful marketing team Adam Fels Kennedy Meek, Katie Christian and so many others, my dreams are becoming reality. Here's the first of hopefully more posts on our approach at Tia and how we provide a differentiated approach to metabolic health and weight management: https://lnkd.in/gmSJAg-D

At Tia, we stand with survivors of sexual violence and are committed to creating safe and supportive environments for everyone who seeks our care. ❤️ Read more about how we provide trauma-informed care and support for survivors in our interview with Tia's Chief Clinical Officer, Jessica Horwitz, MSN FNP-C. #traumainformedcare

At Tia, we're working to build, deliver and relentlessly refine a new standard of care for women. It's a mission and vision that is bigger than any one person — as we often say internally, a calling. In that spirit of service to our shared mission to transform healthcare for women, we are excited to share that Tia's Co-Founders Carolyn Witte and Felicity Yost are evolving their roles to maximize their individual and collective impact to Tia in this next phase of growth. Read more about this transition, and Carolyn's decision to move into the Chairwoman of the Board role and appoint Felicity as Interim CEO to lead this next chapter alongside our Chief Clinical Officer Jessica Horwitz, MSN FNP-C and Chief Operating Officer Stacey Irving below.

Co-founder & Chairwoman of Tia. Entrepreneur, brand builder & women's health champion.

Today marks an exciting next chapter for Tia. After eight years of serving as Tia’s founding CEO, I have made an important decision to take on a new role as Chairwoman of the Board. In this new role, I will focus my time on driving strategy related to the future of Tia at the Board of Directors level and shift away from leading the company day-to-day. Together, with Tia’s Board of Directors, we’ve appointed Felicity Yost — my co-founder and Tia’s current President — as interim CEO. By further empowering Felicity to lead in close partnership with Tia’s Chief Clinical Officer, Jessica Horwitz, MSN FNP-C, and Chief Operating Officer, Stacey Irving, we will maximize our collective impact against Tia’s near and long-term mission and business goals. Congratulations Felicity, and thank you for your relentless dedication to Tia. In the spirit of transparency, below is the communication I shared with the Tia team earlier today that provides additional context on my decision, this transition and why I believe this will set Tia up to transform healthcare for women — today and for the long-run.
