The Year Ahead in DEI Encouraging Allyship as a DEI LeaderOur Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives combine company-led programs with employee-led activities and focus on employee development and retention, with an understanding that a more diverse workforce will enhance innovation and employee engagement. Each of our five employee resource groups (ERGs) (with more coming soon!) organize and lead activities for all employees throughout the year, focusing on educating, encouraging, and engaging underrepresented groups.
