The meeting included Todd Bergstrom, Robert J Dickson, Darrell Thompson, and MATTHEW Bennett from Atlas, and special guest Tobias Degsell from Combiner AB. It was a great meeting between Atlas divisions to collaborate on the future of technology and innovation in the company. Great things are ahead!

High-rise office buildings, like Chicago's One Two Pru, must evolve to meet modern tenant demands. To enhance tenant experience and compete with new developments, a comprehensive rehab was executed in 2013. The highlight? A stunning 13,000 sq. ft. amenities deck on the 11th floor featuring a bar, fire pit, fitness center, and more—all while addressing structural challenges. Atlas Geofoam played a crucial role, providing a lightweight solution that allowed designers to create innovative, ADA-compliant spaces without overloading the building. Geofoam provided an easier material delivery and flexibility that ensured a smooth construction process in a tight urban setting.
