Meet Aidan, a Production Hand at avad3! Before avad3, I worked as a Walmart cashier and in landscaping. The conclusion of an event is most inspiring part about my job. Getting to see all the hard work me and my colleagues have put in really come together, and blow expectations out of the water. The passion our team shows for the work we do is unlike anything else, and you get to see that everyday from the people around you. It really pushes you and encourages you to be better, try new things, and to embrace a challenge. My favorite part about production is the ability to learn. You see people who have been in the industry for decades still learning new things often. And as someone who’s only been in the industry for a few years, the skill I still could learn is wide. Having that can let me specialize to work with the things I want to do to. Outside of work, I find happiness in spending time with friends and engaging in a variety of outdoor activities. If I could have a superpower, it would be Super speed, it’s just teleportation but better because you could do tasks quickly.

Meet Jax, an Asset Assistant at avad3! Before joining avad3, I worked as a lifeguard for Bentonville Parks and Recreation. The most inspiring part of my job is witnessing the professional and polished appearance of a show after it's all set up. My favorite aspect of event production is the problem-solving involved in ensuring everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, I find happiness in those moments when I wake up early and realize I can sleep a bit more. If I could have a superpower, it would be teleportation. The ability to instantly travel to any location would be incredibly convenient and exciting.

We’re excited to share that avad3 Event Production has officially relocated our offices and warehouse to a larger, more efficient space! This move reflects our commitment to continuing to provide top-quality event production services for our valued clients. Our new shop location, only a few steps from our previous space, offers more room for our team and an expanded warehouse for our state-of-the-art event production equipment. In tandem with this move, we were able to move our offices to the lower level one of our current buildings. This additional space allows us to operate with even more efficiency, streamlining our logistics to ensure smooth event execution from beginning to end. Whether it’s a corporate event, a nonprofit gala, a large conference, or something in between, we’re now better equipped to serve your needs. This new chapter for avad3 means we can optimize our internal processes, handle more cutting-edge production equipment. But through all of this growth, one thing remains the same: our dedication to serving our clients and producing flawless events.

Meet Micah, our Production Director at avad3! Before my current role at avad3, I've served as a Production Manager and Production Director. The most inspiring part of my job is witnessing the culmination of months of hard work on a project finally coming together. My favorite aspect of event production is collaborating with exceptionally talented individuals in the industry. Outside of work, I find the greatest joy in spending time with my family. If I could have a superpower, it would be time travel. I'm fascinated by history and would love to experience different time periods firsthand.

It was an honor to travel to San Fransisco and produce Marketplace Seller’s Summit again this year for our friends at Walmart Marketplace! Our mission is always to serve our clients’ by making event production scalable. Meet Sebastian, our Senior Production Tech at avad3! I've worked in various roles including broadcast journalism, editor, and property manager. The most inspiring aspect of my job is the opportunity to teach and share my knowledge with the new generations of technicians. In event production, my favorite aspect is interacting with our clients on the most important day for their company and helping them deliver a clear and interference-free message. Outside of work, I find the greatest happiness in riding my bike and spending quality time with my wife and three daughters. If I could have a superpower, it would be the ability to fly.
