    A huge thank you so everyone who made our panel last night so memorable. It was a pleasure to be surrounded by our B Corp community to share stories of purpose and determination. Thanks to Pariveda for being the most welcoming hosts and providing an incredible spread from All Together Now. Thank you to our panel of speakers, Kristian A. Beginning as a truck driver, he gained firsthand experience in the transportation industry, fueling his passion for championing drivers and improving their work experiences. This passion led him to transition into talent acquisition 2.5 years ago, where he now leads transportation and supply chain recruiting efforts across the enterprise. Brandon believes that KeHE's B Corp status is more than just a certification; it's a reflection of the company's commitment to its people, its communities, and the planet. He sees this commitment as a powerful tool for attracting and retaining top talent who share these values, seeking candidates who not only possess the necessary skills but also demonstrate a commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Sunny Cheng Senior Manager, Pariveda Solutions Sunny is a senior manager and solutions architect at Pariveda Solutions, a technology consulting firm focused on developing people to their greatest potential. He has a background in software engineering, cloud architecture, and as a community activist in Washington, DC. He is a member of the B Local Mid Atlantic Steering Committee and helped lead Pariveda through it's initial B Corp Certification. Sunny firmly believes that a better world is possible - that it starts with our local communities, and that a responsible intersection of sustainability and technology is at the heart of it. Sunny is a big film buff and believes that there is no more effective storytelling than a good movie.

With over 20 years of experience in brand strategy and consumer research, Kristian has worked with global companies to uncover the stories that shape consumer behavior and decision-making. He holds a PhD in psychology, with a focus on how consumer identity and narrative influence brand loyalty. Kristian is also the author of Start with the Story, which explores how brands can connect with customers by aligning their values and experiences with the stories consumers tell themselves. His work blends behavioral economics, narrative psychology, and social science to create actionable insights that drive business success and foster lasting emotional connections with customers.

Meet Melissa Krchma Director, Workplace & Digital Empowerment at Bluedog   Melissa sits in the balanced center of organizational culture philosophy and boots-on-the-ground reality to develop future of work concepts and resolve technical and functional challenges. She is a known nurturer of the values of the organization, brought to life by her work as a champion of inclusion and her role as the B Corp ‘B Keeper.’ Whether it be through her thoughtful one-on-one conversations or her commitment to tactically making sure Bluedoggers get what they need, Melissa is continually seeking ways to create community and build a workplace where each human is valued, celebrated, and given the space to flourish. Her presence at Bluedog inspires others to broaden their perspective, looking up, out, and beyond themselves to the wider world.   Melissa loves being anywhere outdoors with her husband and daughter drawing on her love for nature to fuel her belief in balance and mindfulness. Her personal philosophy, influenced by Stoic principles and Buddhism, inspires her to continuously strive for growth, both personally and within her team.

A huge thank you to Jill Pollack and Nancy Goldstein for hosting, facilitating and inspiring the group.
