Welcome Ethan to the Basis team, we're so excited to have him on board! What do you like to do in your spare time? I love listening to good music, having campfires with friends, hiking, and water related activities like white water rafting and wake surfing Do you have a hidden talent? What is it? I love music, so I have started to get into song writing Which season is your favorite and why? Fall is absolutely my favorite season, I love the cooler weather, changing leaves, and fall outdoor activities. What have you always wanted to try, but haven't done? I have always wanted to go skydiving, but I have yet to actually go. What is on your hopes or wish list for the next 10 years with Basis Partners? I am really honored to be a part of the basis team, and in the next ten years I hope to grow and learn from all of my coworkers and develop my technical skills. 🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 Welcome Josh to the Basis team! Josh brings nearly 30 years of experience in the transportation and construction management industry. Here at Basis, his focus will be on project management, business development, and client relations. We are very excited to have his leadership talent and technical knowledge on the team! Here's some fun facts about Josh: What do you like to do in your spare time? Spend time with my amazing wife and two kids (age 14 and 9), play acoustic guitar, and enjoy the Colorado outdoors. What’s your favorite TV show—the one you’re always watching on repeat? Seinfeld, and there isn't anything wrong with that. You're happiest when... I'm away from the city with friends and family in the mountains or on the beach in Brazil where my wife is from. What is on your wish list for the next 10 years at Basis? I hope to help the firm further develop and grow capabilities in Colorado while holding true to the core values that the firm was founded on. Any favorite line from a movie? "Buzzards got to eat same as the worms." Outlaw Josey Wales What is your favorite thing to do? Being with my beautiful girl and my dog Zeek McWild. What’s your favorite sport to watch and which team do you root for? Hill Climb Racing. Of course I root for our team that has multiple championships. What’s the top destination on your must-visit list? To stand among the giant Sequoias. What is something you've always wanted to do? Learn to fly a helicopter. What three words would your friends use to describe you? Kind, dependable and fun. What advice do you have for kids who are struggling in school? Never be afraid to ask questions and be proud of who you are. If you could meet anyone in the world dead or alive who would it be and why? Man on a Buffalo. If you don't know who that is, look him up on YouTube. It will speak for itself. What is on your hopes or wish list for the next 10 years with Basis Partners?
