Partner Collin Cain, Principal Karen Morgan, and Partner Nick Puga prepared four reports for the Mississippi Public Utilities Staff evaluating regulatory filings by the major state-regulated electric utilities in Mississippi: Entergy Mississippi, LLC (EML) and Mississippi Power Company (MPC). The four reports addressed, respectively, EML's Transmission & Distribution Plan, EML's Energy Delivery Plan, MPC's Capital Plan, and MPC's Energy Delivery Plan. For each filing and related discovery, our experts evaluated compliance with regulatory requirements and the extent to which the utility reports provided a useful picture of past, current, and future spending on the electric system.
