Our core values encompass personal growth, mentorship, and success tailored to women's unique strengths and experiences. For corporations, associations, and community teams, we provide dynamic virtual programs that emphasize maximizing individual capabilities to foster a high-performing cohesive unit. Unlike DISC which focuses on communication styles, we practice strengths development which offers a granular perspective into individual talents, fostering mutual appreciation and higher collaboration for more diverse and inclusive teams. Creating the Future of Work | Public Speaker | Helping companies Attract, Engage and Retain the best people around 🚀
Millennial women are quitting their jobs because of ‘same old sh*t syndrome’. They’re tired of climbing a greasy pole. I just read Claire Cohen’s article in The Times (link in comments) and it touches on SO many of the things I post about regularly. 👉 40 year olds reach the 20 year mark of their career and realise: it’s now or never if I want to pursue my dreams 👉 All of the things they expected to have by now look largely different in reality 👉 Rising costs of living, childcare etc inevitably leave people thinking…is this it?! 👉 Women feel penalised for taking maternity leave and are completely demotivated by the ‘lost ground’ The message to companies is clear. If you cannot tie true purpose to people’s work, and find ways to cater for the differing needs of your diverse workforce… You’re going to lose your best and most experienced people. Employee Experience is more than a fluffy fad. It’s a crucial consideration for your people and the long term health of your business.

Women in technical roles are twice as likely as women overall to be the only woman in the room at work❌ McKinsey & Company and Lean In’s 2022 ‘Women in the Workplace’ report outlines the gender bias in engineering and technical roles ➡️ https://lnkd.in/eHhcYAFc And women’s representation has FALLEN in these roles since 2018📉 As the fastest growing and highest-paid jobs categories, if women don’t see an equal path to advance it can lead to bigger earning gaps between women and men overall. Looking for a technical role? ➡️ https://lnkd.in/diMi43NV Women in Data® diverse job board showcases roles from our partner organisations committed to gender parity in Data & Tech📄 💌 Partner with us ➡️ https://lnkd.in/dmWPiBHj #GenderPayGap #GenderParity #GenderEquality #Women #Bias #Gender #WomenInData #Diversity #Equity #Inclusion

Saving for retirement is a challenge for Americans who earn less pay or live longer lives. And that, experts say, is why saving for retirement is especially hard for women. Women tend to earn less than men. They tend to live longer. Women spend more time caring for children and aging parents, and they’re more likely to sacrifice careers to do it. Single women face a particular struggle to save for retirement. A “gray divorce” can decimate a woman’s wealth. Here's the full report, featuring Ramsey Alwin of National Council on Aging, Chris Ceder of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Michelle C., Rochelle Niccolls, Cindy Hounsell, JD, JD of Women's Institute For A Secure Retirement (WISER), and research from Bowling Green State University and the Center for Retirement Research at Boston College.
