Last week I attended the Entrepreneur Accelerator Summit 2024 (EAS) hosted by the Metro New York Chapter National Black MBA Association and bccelerator. Despite joining only for the second half, it was incredibly valuable. Joy Butts (C.S.B.C.) from Chase shared invaluable resources, including the Chase Executive Business Coaching, which I've already started utilizing. I'm looking forward to my first meeting with the executive coach tomorrow. Additionally, the session on scalable business models was insightful. The call to action #CTA by Shawn Rochester, Nic Cober, Esquire, and Norville Barrington was powerful, highlighting fundamental yet often overlooked aspects of business growth. 1. Get your personal finances in order first. 2. Aggregate your resources. 3. Form a collective and pool your money together. 4. Think bigger; aim to hire your first FTE by year-end. 5. Partnerships are key; focus on developing a strong team. Looking forward to next year’s event for even more valuable insights! . . #Entrepreneurship #BusinessOwners #FinancialPlanning #CollectiveSuccess #TeamBuilding #Partnerships #EAS2024 #NBMBAA #ProfessionalDevelopment #Networking
